Jan Emamian

Named a 2020 Top Agent by both Los Angeles Magazine and Pasadena Magazine, Jan leads the Pasadena-based Emamian Team. She’s been a consistent top producer since launching her career, drawing on a range of experience from residential real estate to new home sales and title insurance. She recently added PUSD (Pasadena Unified School District) Certified Realtor and Certified Probate Specialist to her qualifications.

Jan believes she gets successful results for her clients because she understands that a real estate transaction goes far beyond a financial decision. It involves the entire family and impacts many aspects of their lives. She’s deeply committed to making the process as seamless as possible – and passionate about taking the time and effort to match every seller with the ideal buyer and every buyer with the right home. She also calls on expert associates to help homeowners with design, organization, staging and other creative services that can help them attract top dollar in the shortest amount of time.

Not surprisingly, Jan bonds with her clients, most of whom have become personal friends. Many of these relationships began over coffee, where she simply listened sensitively to their needs and concerns. “Everyone on our team takes a very caring approach to what we do, and we spend as much time as we need to ensure each client feels well cared for and appreciated. I love that my clients include me in their lives with wedding and shower invitations; birth announcements; and catch-up dates over coffee, dinner or even Facetime.”

After thirty years of living and raising her children in Pasadena, Jan brings an in-depth knowledge of the city – and the greater San Gabriel Valley – to her buyers and sellers. She’s also an invaluable source of information on all the area’s private and public schools and local family activities.

Passionate about giving back to the community she loves, Jan has been an active volunteer in many local groups including The Pasadena Children's Guild, The San Marino National Charity League, The Pasadena Showcase House for the Arts, Camp del Corazon and Hathaway-Sycamores. She’s also involved in her children's schools, Chandler, Marlborough, Crestview Prep, St. Philip the Apostle, St. Francis and Maranatha. A devoted bookworm, she enjoys sharing her enthusiasm by reading to students at local public schools. When she’s not working (or reading), she loves to ride her Peloton and take long walks around the neighborhood with her dog, Coco. She treasures time with her family, cooking dinner and baking, playing games, traveling and watching movies.
