She helped us see the right path at all times during the 3-4 months we worked together, even guided us through that point we felt we'd seen EVERY house on the market and nothing was a fit for us. I remember the day Jan found the perfect home for our family, and then helped negotiate through a half-dozen critical moments where the deal could have fallen through. I cannot say enough good things about working with Jan. I was lucky to connect with her when I called about a house she had listed on zillow. I didn't know anything about her but she was persistent in her follow-up calls to me, which impressed me. Jan was everything I needed in an agent- patient, knowledgeable, professional and assuring. But she also gave me realistic expectations about the market and type of house I could afford. She was always very patient with my million questions. She never made me feel like I was being a pain (even though I am sure I was). She was really on top of new listings and made herself available within like 24 hours to look at places that I liked. I know there were many late evenings when she was working until late preparing offers for me. It was a really tough time to buy a house and we had to look at a lot of houses and make multiple offers. But she never made me feel like I was wasting her time. In fact, she was very reassuring that we would find the right house. And we did! With Jan, I felt like I had someone on my side that I trusted and that would fight for me. She was a great negotiator and stayed firm on what was important to me. In fact, I ended up getting the house for $20,000 less than the accepted offer. I feel very fortunate to have chosen Jan as my agent and would give her the highest recommendation!

I can't describe Jan and Payman in anything but superlatives. I ended up buying my townhome in Santa Monica in 2012. Jan was my agent and we looked for almost a year before landing that which fit my criteria. Jan was wonderful throughout the process from day one until the day of closing. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and very accessible. She made the whole home buying process a smooth transition, even though it is supposed to be a stressful process. Even after having finished my transaction in 2012, she has been helpful- for example, I recently contacted her for an interior designer recommendation and she immediately replied. Jan is wonderful. I have to say that Payman is just as wonderful. During my home buying process, my financing at the very last minute fell through. Luckily, Payman guided me in the right direction and I was able to still land my current home. I really can't say enough about Jan and Payman. The Emamians found us our first two homes and we couldn't have been happier with either of them. Jan and Payman worked tirelessly for us. They are extremely knowledgable of the market. When looking for our current home, it had just gone off the market before I could see it, but that didn't deter them. They were able to convince the home owners to show it one more time. In addition to representing us as buyers, they also secured us a buyer of our first home. We were able to sell that home without ever putting it on the market. Their services didn't stop once we moved in. They helped us settle in with Little Legue information, finding a good babysitter and understanding our new city ordinances. I have nothing but good things to say about them.
