If you're a first time home buyer as my husband and I were, then we highly recommend Jan & Payman. Although we worked mostly with Payman, I've also had a chance to meet Jan when Payman wasn't available to show us a home; and that's what I was looking for...a team that works together...and what better team is there than a husband and wife. They were both very responsive via texts, emails, phone and available whenever we needed them. We were also impressed that we can even sign documents electronically (computer, mobile phones, iPad) which not only made the paperwork more manageable and faster but it was also a reflection that they were up to date with current technology trends.
My husband and I were very green to the home buying process, especially since this was our very first home, but Payman & Jan were very patient and clearly explained everything to us; from submitting offers, inspections, paperwork, and escrow. Payman was absolutely there for us from start to finish and we appreciated that.
Overall, Payman made sure to take care of us and was very personable. He looked out for our best interest all the time and goes above an beyond. The process of buying a home, as we learned first hand, can have some "road bumps", especially when dealing with so many different parties. However, it was very reassuring that Payman was always there guiding us and "hand-holding" us all the way through. It was also reassuring when you hear the words "you're not supposed to worry, I'll take care of that".
We're sure you can find nice agents out there to help you. However, not only were Jan & Payman experts in what they do (which helped us get our home), but they were truly caring and genuine. As a result, it shows and it made a difference in our experience. Buying your first home is one of those chapters in your life that you'll never forget and we're just glad it had been a positive one with the Emamian team.
