I cannot say enough good things about working with Jan. I was lucky to connect with her when I called about a house she had listed on zillow. But she also gave me realistic expectations about the market and type of house I could afford. She was always very patient with my million questions. She never made me feel like I was being a pain (even though I am sure I was). She was really on top of new listings and made herself available within like 24 hours to look at places that I liked. I know there were many late evenings when she was working until late preparing offers for me. It was a really tough time to buy a house and we had to look at a lot of houses and make multiple offers. But she never made me feel like I was wasting her time. In fact, she was very reassuring that we would find the right house. And we did! With Jan, I felt like I had someone on my side that I trusted and that would fight for me. She was a great negotiator and stayed firm on what was important to me. In fact, I ended up getting the house for $20,000 less than the accepted offer. I feel very fortunate to have chosen Jan as my agent and would give her the highest recommendation!
