Working with Jan was a wonderful experience. She was always well prepared, quickly responded to emails, and kept the process moving along by communicating smoothly with several difficult personalities and keeping them on task through a tricky loan situation. Jan was upbeat and supportive when the first offer fell through and happily devoted many weekends to help us find the right house. She was great with our young daughter as well, letting us get a few minutes to think and talk as we visited houses. We highly recommend Jan for anyone who is buying or selling their home.
