The Emamians found us our first two homes and we couldn’t have been happier with either of them. Jan and Payman worked tirelessly for us. They are extremely knowledgable of the market. When looking for our current home, it had just gone off the market before I could see it, but that didn’t deter them. They were able to convince the home owners to show it one more time. In addition to representing us as buyers, they also secured us a buyer of our first home. We were able to sell that home without ever putting it on the market. Their services didn’t stop once we moved in. They helped us settle in with Little Legue information, finding a good babysitter and understanding our new city ordinances.
